  1. um yeah, i have no problem with that transcript; you come off like a major tard there :ben:

If you can't explain why the combat is better you have no argument. Period. It's hard for him to defend himself since he hasn't played the game breh. The Official "What Are You Playing?" Thread (NO Fanboyism or Flaming) did I hurt your feelings? You know you could make everything much easier and just give me your PSN tag :ben:keep that fanboy shit outta this thread plz

i thought this thread was supposed to be a no fanboyism thread :wonder:

I asked you some questions and you don't answer? Ignore what I said about the bosses, I'll agree to disagree on that one, but I want to know what makes GoW3 a superior title in 2010.

i did answer them - i told you what was better. if i really have to argue/explain to you how gow3's combat and bosses are better, youre clearly a fanboy and not worth my time. What about the combat is better? Serious question dude.

And what about the setpieces? Give some examples or just leave the thread. Posting links to reviews won't work either. You might actually have to summon some in game examples.

nah, i dont waste my time arguing obvious points. It's not obvious to me or anyone here. Enlighten me to why the combat is better. I didn't see much of a difference. You even have the same combos and special moves, but now your magic is more restricted.it isnt?

Dude stop spouting shit and tell me why GoW3's combat is better. Don't beat around the bush, if it's so obvious it should be easy to explain.

    Go here ->http://www.systemwars.com/forums/showthread.php?69355-GoW2-vs.-GoW3

GoW3 could use some more votes.

  6. I got GoW3 back over the week and meh, I can't be bothered to play it again.

It's not a great game. It's a great game for the first playthrough but after that it's worthless.GoW2 owns it. Anyone who says otherwise is doing mental gymnastics.yes, anyone with an opinon is doing mental gymnastics :|Not opinion, fact. GoW2 is hands down a better title. You'd have to use hype to trick yourself into thinking otherwise. how can it be a fact when gow3 > gow2?Nothing about gow3 is better than in 2 other than graphics. Name something so everyone can laugh at you.lmfao

better combat, better graphics, better setpieces, better bosses.

  8. I've been playing The Saboteur all weekend and I'm jumping up my score for a C to a B. Once you get past the opening mandatory missions, the game really does become GTAIV: Vichy France. The driving isn't as good because the streets of Paris are so narrow, and it doesn't have the humor or the wide selection of music, but its platforming and superior upgrade system compensate for it. There's also 1000+ "freeplay" targets scattered around which are Nazi installations you can sabotage at will, and I like breaking off from the main storyline to screw around and cause havoc.

At one point I commandeered a strategically placed AA battery, started blowing up Panzers, zeppelins, and Messerschmitts, and triggered the highest alarm level in the game. Suddenly the whole map goes red indicating there’s no where to hide. Right then, so now what? I look around and notice there's a single hiding remaining. So as I’m racing like hell to get to it with the whole city going berserk looking for me, I take to the river and make my way to the spot on the map only to realize it’s the Eiffel Tower and its heavily fortified. After a long shootout in front of the tower, I finally get an opening and book it onto one of the tower’s elevators. When I finally get to the top, I enter a bar, my character takes a drink, and the alarm ends. Very gamey but a very cool chase sequence. It's those make your own fun moments that I like best in sandbox game.

TB, I'd say go for it if you like GTA, the Vichy France setting, and slower-paced tactical mayhem (the platforming is semi-realistic so you don't climb like a monkey on speed).

I quite like it. My theory about SystemWars stands.

  9. Also, I remember creating my first level on LBP. Shit gets fucking addicting especially when your mind starts churning and you get all your creative juices flowing :glad::love:

My only regret is that i never finished it before i lost my game data :(

On a side note, I'm up to chapter 4 in FF13. The battle system is really starting to open up and im starting to enjoy it a lot more :jerkit:

On a break from it ATM though B)

LOL this is so true. i just spent 5 hours on it, toying with all the devices, doing all kinds of experimenting. it's like crack!! my first level consists of physics-based puzzles. it starts off somewhat easy and then gets pretty tough as it goes on. i still have a ways to go though. LBP is such a creative game and now with the new water physics it makes things more interesting.

how much is the water update?
