Anyone notice how sites focused on game journalism are getting into politics?

I just saw this article on GS and I really don't understand why gaming sites are now posting political content

Interestingly enough they always seem to disable the comments as well, almost as if to declare that this viewpoint is objectively correct and there are no arguments to be made against it. Its getting pretty ridiculous. I go to gaming sites for gaming news, not to be preached to by the woke left.

Why are these people trying so hard to end western civilization? Destroying it to do what? Let China and Russia rule the earth? Everyone be dirt poor and starving?
