Even CNN has no confidence in the democrats' chances next year during the mid terms

I remember on the old political forum last year there were some posters posting fancy (and biased) economic analyses about how much of a great economic recovery we would be having during Biden's first year. Yet we're quickly reaching his first year anniversary and we're worse off than we were during the peak of the pandemic. Inflation is still sky high, gas prices haven't lowered at all, number of jobs added are still low, and to make things worse we can throw in a few policy disasters including the Afghanistan Withdrawal and the ongoing Border Crisis (yes, nothing has still been done 9 months after the initial surges in border crossings).

Even after initially doing well when it came to COVID (partially due to Trump's Operation Warp Speed) he's also now stumbling on that front, putting policies into place that are pitting Vaccinated people against the Unvaccinated and further dividing the country.

Unless something miraculous occurs in the next 14 months Im pretty sure we will see be seeing a bright, red wave during the mid terms.

The platform for the right is currently antivaxx, antimask and the the election was stolen.   That doesn't resonate with majority of Americans.

That redwave isn't happening.

Antivax people include both Republicans and Democrats. And not that many people actually believe the election was stolen, thats a minority just like antifa and the people who back the progressives (the squad) who are doing their best to ruin the country.

Lol I lost so much in my retirement fund the day Biden took over and has been stagnant ever since.

My 401K contribution has been lower ever since he came into office as well. Every other crisis is honestly just icing on top, but his economic failures so far are going to be the deciding factor

And the border situation just gets worse and worse. Now we have thousands of Haitians flooding into the country as well as migrants from South/Central America. Might as well just invite the entire world over at this point

Don't worry, the Haitians are just trying to get to Quebec. That's where most of them go. They want to go to a French speaking place

You're proving my point.   It's a small minority yet that's the republican Platform.  Losing strategy.  No red wave.

The most controversial and polarizing president in U.S. history is officially more liked than Biden

:lul:

That's not how President's first years are compared.

Trump is not in office, he doesn't really have an approval rating because he isn't governing.

Let's actually take a look at Trump's 1st year approval rating when he was governing.

Oh yea it was the worse first year in history of all Presidents:drake:

"Trump's 2017-2018 yearly average is not only the lowest for a first-year president, it ranks among the 10 worst for any president in any year
