Popular Post MalaXmaS 648
I'll be short and sweet on this experience. It's basically participating on a Forzathon. I arrived at the ski resort late at night and quickly hit the sack because I wanted to be ready to hit it on from the first day. The ski resort sits tall at a mountain, of many. Your experience there is basically driving around a seeing these rally cars going on public roads. I am glad I met with some dudes from the rally subreddit. These guys were amazing and very knowledgeable. Signal can be very spotty in some of these stages and these guys lived in the area and others in New Hampshire. First I visited the car expose for some car glancing. I immediately fall in love with the Skoda Fabia R2, a car not sold in the states not even in it's basic trim. I got to see Lia Block's rallyed up Subaru BRZ, and a few other nice rally cars, a few Ford Escort RS, a red 2000 Beetle, even a Trans Am rally car. Around 60 drivers signed up to participate. After the quick exposé, I met these dudes at the first stage in Concord Pond. I have lots of videos from my regular phone and GoPro. Too bad the event ended in a sad note. A codriver which has been participating at the NEFR for 10 years died in the last stage. Out of respect, the rally was cancelled. Still, such an amazing experience. 1

They told me about rallies in Lancaster PA, and Virginia. You'd have to check out ARA's website, the American Rally Association. Shit son, you could probably put a team or participate there.
