Finished Atlanta S1. It's good, arguably very good, but lacks any flow ep to ep. Episodes so disjointed and a little all over the place. I also feel like the humour is a bit inconsistent. Sometimes dark humour rooted in such grounded settings and other times seems nearly comical how some characters are portrayed. Still very much enjoyed it though.

Getting close to starting The Expanse since you guys keep raving about it.

Season 1 was good but not great, the only real standout episode was the talk show one. Watch season 2; it's much better. The Teddy Perkins episode is one of the best episodes of television this year. Darius is one of my favorite characters on TV. "Everything is made up, stay woke n****a," is one of the best lines ever too. :D

Im playing the Bloodstained backer demo....its really good. They've made a lot of improvements since the original demo, both mechanically and graphically. Even the voice acting is pretty good. I think this game is definitely going to deliver this rate.

The market should probably be all for it too. There’s been a huge lack of this type of game since Konami started focusing on gambling machines. I’m really looking forward to this game.

Yeah he is easily the most tragic character in the show, crazy how he didn't win an emmy for his work, let alone anyone else or the show itself but the Emmy's are a popularity contest as much as anything else. Breaking Bad only started winning in it's final 2 seasons when it became a hit.

That’s actually not true. Bryan Cranston won the Emmy in his first year for the seven episode season. It’s what got me hooked on the show. I couldn’t believe the dad from Malcom won a best actor for drama Emmy and looked up it takes place in Albuquerque (my hometown for 18 years) and I was sold.

The Leftovers was Lindelof without the network pushing him to continual make more episodes and seasons (since Lost got so popular). It was exactly what he wanted it to be and it was near perfect. The amount of incredible moments that show has that aren't the usual 'twist' or 'shock' type moments is amazing. I especially loved the Pastor episodes, his centric eps every season were always my fav.

I actually can't believe there are people here who watch both Leftovers and The Americans :-* Some amazing taste gents

The moment when he goes to the casino or when he’s on the roadside are crazy and tragic. The Job analogy is pretty in your face but Eccleston plays the part so amazingly well. Scott Glenn and Ann Dowd are standouts too. It’s so disgraceful that this show barely managed one Emmy nomination for a guest role for Ann Dowd in season 3.

i remember being a bit nervous about the series finale...wondering how they could pull it off. man....that finale blew my mind. it answered nothing, yet everything - just like it promised. it was perfection. it also stayed faithful to its quirkiness, while still tugging at the heart strings. i watched it 4 times.

He did everything he tried to do in Lost but just so much better. I was worried too given the polarity of the Lost finale and the way that ended but my god it was so good. You can take or leave Nora’s story but it didn’t really matter at all because that’s not what the show was about. The character development of everyone, particularly Nora and Kevin, was incredible. The ending of them just holding hands was perfect.

I loved the episode too in the “afterlife” when he’s the president and Patty is his secretary of defense. The part where he has to do the dick scanner is awesome. :D

    you both have godly taste.

I know exactly 0 people who watched The Leftovers. Such a shame it never got the attention it deserved when it was on. Only got one Emmy nomination over it’s entire run too. It’ll go down as The Wire of this decade. Such an amazing show in every way. International Assassin is one of the best 60 minutes of television ever made.
