Well Eidos MTL was clearly good enough to make a formulaic sequel, but I would want to give CD the responsibility of coming up with something completely new for Tomb Raider. Well Darrel Gallagher who was the head of studios and development at Crystal Dynamics and responsible for Tomb Raider left after Rise and now works as the studio lead for The Initiative.
