It's a stupid fad diet for fat old ladies who cant go an hour without a block of cheese or a salami. You're putting your CV health at risk. Lose weight the normal way. I'm also quitting smoking, I need something to counter the decreased metabolism and post quitting hunger pains. It will take about a month at least for hormones to stabilize.
