roflpwnedz 289
I can't say for certain what I have cause I can't even go to a doctor or go to a place that sells decent shoes right now. I know I have a high arch and I feel pain and swelling on a tendon? So I'm not sure if it is tendonitis or something else. I have had problems before with nerve pain and I did stretches for piriformis syndrome and that seemed to help for that. I really don't wanna self diagnose with this and am willing to go to the doctor. Obviously, I can't now. This however, I'm not sure if it's related or what. The pain is actually on my foot and around my heel and outside of the foot. For sure the shoes I was using make the pain worse, I tried an old broken pair and the pain wasn't as bad. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/711oTpPqqzL.jpg This is the shoe I was using for work and make it painful The ones that aren't as painful to use are some basketball style nike ones that are high top and I think I want something like that to protect my ankles. I don't know if my supination now is being caused by this thing that is happening to me now, but I read it is also more common with people who have high arches. Since all I've bought are nikes for most of my life since they have worked, I don't know anything else. I need suggestions for shoes that are tall like boots. I'm not sure if I should get work type boots though. At my job I do have to stand and walk a lot. So if there some light or sneakerish boots that would be good. I'm open to anything and I'll spend money 100-200 if I have to at one of these shoes stores if I have to.
Twinblade★ 4,213
It sounds like you might want to avoid running shoes and try some cross training/court shoes instead. Look up ACICS, they make a lot of good ones. I bought these not too long and they're pretty comfortable https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H2L5HXE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

54212 432
This is a shot in the dark, but I have both ankles fused and heel pain is extremely common afterwards so my surgeon strongly recommended that I get Superfeet insoles, and I've found they help. If you're interested, here's the site: https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/insole-finder/ Tons of places sell them so you may be able to find a deal on them.

If they suspect someone has the virus they won't just let them waltz in without taking the right preventative measures.

The clinic I go to is closed and a buddy's also. Looked up places for dentist appointment recently and they were also closed. I think they said it was for emergencies only at the hospital. I didn't even know about those cross-training shoes. Or that a certain type of shoe would fuck me up more. I'll consider it though. Fucking virus
