Is there something else I should compare it too?  Maybe PS5's quick resume?  Oh wait... no sign of that.

So uh... yea, I'm basically saying that loading a game on PS5 takes longer than it does to load on Series X.

LOL

Except you know it will have a quick resume.

The PS4 has a quick resume.

LOL.......why are you trying to pretend that this isn't going to blow up in your face?

Because it would beat Xbox Series X from a cold boot.

Because its clearly faster.

Actually, had that person used a "Card" feature from Miles Morales menu within the PS5's OS, he could've booted directly into a quest and skipped the start screen altogether.

Drag racing cold start times... lmao are you realizing how much of a loser you're sounding like right now.

LOL, sorry, that ain't working.

Especially how you and the lemmings were touting boot times for loading 2D indie games :tom:

Jerry acting like this is fast when the reality is the entire boot sequence is the loading. It's precaching the continue and skipping any splash screens to appear faster than it is.

Let me know when you can prove that.

And the fact that the start screen is rendering the character in a totally different scene already shows that you are going to be wrong.

LOL

Everyone knows ps5 has a faster SSD , just like everyone knows Xbox has a 2+ tf faster gpu , faster cpu and faster ram as well as the full suite of RDNA2 feature set .

Jerry hiding behind ps5 for the only category it wins in 🤣 just like he is hiding from the FBI ROFLMGDAO

Faster in random read and write sure, sustained speeds though are another question.

:lawl: How amazingly stupid.

That's the great thing about PS5's PCIe 4.0.......and PCI 4.0 NVMe's in general (which my computer will have)......there's no reason to "sustain" any speed because its done transferring data for you to observe "sustaining" LOL

If you're fed a constant stream of data sustained speeds are the only thing of importance. Sony has completely shirked making their sustained speeds known.

When games get very data heavy this is going to matter greatly.

Uh huh.......and do you have proof of PCI 4.0 NVMe dropping during sustained speed tests.

If so..........just go ahead and post those remarks from those tech reviewers.

I'll wait.

Uh yeah... the Firecuda 520 in a gen 4 configuration which is roughly the same peak output as the PS5 SSD drops to 2.5GB/s sustained. All SSD'S buckle when stressed.
