Yeah, if GamePass is classified as a service, and its financial revenues are in that "Services" category............then I really don't know what to make of that -4% statistic.

 

They shouldn't have less revenue at this point in time compared to last year.

 

Unless other services are dwindling, like say XBL Gold subscriptions.

 

But it wouldn't surprise me if GamePass is stalling, or they're losing subscribers as they are getting new subscribers. However, that second scenario still wouldn't affect their stated numbers, because they count ANY account that has had GamePass at any point, which means they still count people who stopped paying for the service.
