sugarhigh 519
This is pretty exciting news. After years of rumors, Intel's first serious gaming GPU will launch October 12. The ARC 770 is expected to offer comparable performance to Nvidia's 3070, but will launch significantly lower than the 3060 at $329. Intel is claiming superior ray tracing performance. Digital Foundry's analysis of Intels XESS upscaling tech had it competing comfortably with the latest DLSS from Nvidia. Having a new 3rd player in graphics is a big deal for gaming. Could even have a future console powered by Intel. https://www.theverge.com/2022/9/27/23374988/intel-arc-a770-price-release-date
