At no point did they say they had to run it below PS5 to stop stuttering. Or that he ever had stuttering. This was entirely done due to his test rig. He used highest settings too later in the video. No stuttering was mentioned!

When he talked about it in the second video, he never mentioned his 2070 optimized settings. He mentioned specific shader precompilation methods the game uses to avoid stuttering.
