They do, in two videos. One of which doesn't even mentions settings, but rather mentions the engine techniques used to remove stuttering.  

 

Overall they praise it highly. DF owns you on this one man. Give up. Stick with the 2 or 3 games that are still fucked on PC, while ignoring most games.
