Firstly, bigger chances to becoming the fastest selling game ever if you are releasing it on more than just your console (obviously), secondly it's a perfect PC type of game. No SP Sony game would have a shot. 

It's very very surprising that it's Helldivers 2 though.

These are the obvious facts to anyone that isn't a retard like Lemij. Nothing mind blowing about Helldivers 2's success.

 

It's the perfect cheap ($40) GAAS game releasing on two platforms with huge install bases. Of course it will sell faster than $70 games releasing on one platform.

 

It absolutely doesn't make an argument for Sony releasing their big SP AAA games on PC as those cost considerably more ($70) and as we've seen PC gamers don't eat them up like they do with multiplayer games.

 

The retard keeps trying to make a false equivalency with Xbox. He doesn't realize the big difference between Sony and MS, and why day and date outside of GAAS doesn't make sense to Sony. Sony's games sell tens of millions of copies on their own consoles unlike MS, and unlike MS Sony still sells 20 million+ consoles a year.

Very true. In fact, PC revenue fell below expectations according to Sony’s fiscal report. They were expecting $900m and they only made $720m. PC revenue was a drop in the bucket compared to the $29 Billion in PlayStation revenue last year. Lemij keeps coping with dumb threads like this because Xbox has become irrelevant and needs other platforms to stay alive, and he wants to say Sony is in the same position too  to feel better about Xbox dying LMFAO
