  1. I used to own the 552s. I wouldn’t worry. Also, since they are new, they haven’t been broken in yet.
  2. @Twinblade https://streamable.com/skdgat
  3. Huh? That doesn’t sound right. Mine are quiet, even with 70’s or 80’s.
  4. So far, it’s pretty awesome. Taking a short break because shit got craaa
  5. Btw, I turned the review thread into an official official one, so we can chat about it there.
  6. Playing re 8. Damn, it makes a great first impression!
  7. Caved and bought it. Will post impressions later.
  8. This was proven to be fake, so locky lock
  9. When it comes to aesthetics, you can never go wrong with Jeff or Scott Herman.
  10. a buddy of mine beat it. it's fake.
  11. i would check out ethier's ab routines.
  12. You probably store most of your body fat in your abdominal area. With 12-15% body fat, you should see the benefits of a solid ab program (3 days a week). If you still aren’t satisfied, do a soft cut.
  13. Wow! You used to be a string bean too. For now, just focus on weight loss. Eat significantly fewer calories than you are burning (2,000 calories a day is a good start), based on current weight). No soda or alcohol. Once you hit around 150/140, we can devise a weight training program. If you are willing to spend a little money (not much), Noom is a very good weight loss program. I’ve seen a lot of contacts get great results.
  14. his old demos were really good. apparently, this video was made in response to the claims of him using fake weights. he should have just admitted to it, instead of doing this poorly executed DL.
  15. now, i haven't seen jeff's vids in over a year. i just heard about the fake weights via scott herman but i just stumbled upon this video, which came out last year. damn....homeboy does't follow his own advice my back started hurting just watching the DL. alright man, you have every right to knock on jeff. he let ego get in the way of science (ironically, he used to say how bad rounding of the back was - causing lumbar issues ). what a fall from grace.
  16. let's just drop the convo. we are going in circles.
  17. nobody said rounding the back you are being a bit dense here.
  18. hence a straight line lol. it's not rocket science. you may have to tweak "perfect form" to perform it, depending on your body type. this is why i said there's no such thing as perfect form.
  19. but you said "perfect form" earlier, which is open to interpretation, rather than mechanically correct. a mechanically correct way to do a deadlift, for example, is literally getting the bar to go up in a straight line. it's not really complicated.
