WTF does that have to do with anything. Everything has risk. Some ppl want think it's worth the risk, others (Sony, Facebook for GDC) think it's not. No fucking surprise Sony is the most worried about it, they are a Japanese company, the highest country of confirmed cases outside of China, so obviously they are more paranoid than others based on the higher ups thinking it's a bigger concern.

and again, who cares. PAX matters to those that go and literally no one else. It's a fan convention. No major announcements were happening there.

What are you talking about? Pax is now big enough to where someone like Sony not showing up is a big deal. Corona virus is real but looking at the cases it’s almost entirely in China. It’s like with the Ebola scare a few years ago. It’s all bullshit.

15 damn people. That’s going to stop your ordinary life?

Not paying my taxes because of dat corona virus That 15 people have  :drake:

Please make more threads about everything wrong with Sony leading into next gen so we can all see you cry again when Quad bumps all of them in the future.    LoL YOU REMEMBERED THE DUMB STUF

Imagine predicting the PS5 launching in 2019, and we still don't have specs confirmed as of yet.

Love everyone thinking Sony is a shambles

Yeah it's a big deal to the ppl going that don't get to play anything Sony related, that's it. Sony forgoes the chance to promote TLoU2, that's the cost of this decision. Or are you dumb enough to think Sony was planning some PS5 reveal announcement AT PAX?

These shows are all for the sake of promotion. If they skipped just pax I wouldn’t think too much, but after e3, gdc, and now pax. Are people still oblivious to what they’re doing or have been trying to do?

E3 is nothing new. Second year they've done that now and many others are dropping E3 too. Not to mention that issue has long been revealed as a long term falling out with the ESA.

Pax again literally means nothing to you unless you were going and GDC means even less to you since you definitely aren't a developer hoping to meet with some Sony rep.

So again none of this has any impact on you or any fan (other than those that were going to PAX) at all. Most of all zero impact on any of their PS5 plans. With that said, the impact of the coronavirus on next gen supply is still unknown and could possibly become an issue. We will see.
