Theres a lot to the mechanics and the setting is really neat. As far as platforms are concerned it came out recently on steam for just $17, and apparently there's a switch version on the way. One of the best in the genre. how's the story/characters? and yeah, i love the srpg gameplay of FE. i didn't expect to either. some of the later battles had a puzzle element to them. It feels like every game nowadays follows either the Fire Emblem template or the X Com one. Not saying theres anything wrong with either of those, but it would be nice if there was more variety.
