The Series X is just awkward and it was obviously designed to stand up like a mini PC tower. Laying it on the side is just plain awful looking and it certainly won't fit in most people's entertainment centers. It's not an original design anyways and I would have preferred Microsoft to evolve their existing Xbox One X design... the Series X design would have been perfect for a Surface PC tower.

If series x won't fit on its side , how will a console thats 2x as fat as a pro ? It will most certainly be deeper than series x too

A real machine, instead of something that looks like a home decorative piece that someone bought at Target.

If what is being said is true they would look basically the same from the front the only difference being that the Series X wouldn't be as deep.

If Microsoft's more powerful console is again smaller then :sabu:

I'll reserve judgement until it's revealed, but most entertainment centers are designed with consoles, stereos, etc. having depth to their casing.

If you lay it down, the lack of depth doesn't really help, because you're not gonna put something else behind it. SO ultimately its twice as tall as an Xbox One when laying down, and its almost three times as wide as a standing Xbox One or standing PS4 when you have it standing up.

You could put it farther back on the shelf and have more things in front of it... like the controllers for example.

Most consoles are designed to fit a receiver so both consoles shouldn't have a problem .

why is one called Xbox One and the other X1X (instead of writing it out: Xbox One X) and then they write it out again Xbox Series X(instead of XSX). It's all over the place. consistency? :mindblown:

meanwhile it's smooth for godstation: PS4, PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro. That's why play station wins. It's over guys. :smugd:

Because that's not its actual name and some random person made this comparison...
