But knowing Rogan he's gonna move to some small buttfuck part of Texas where the hunting is good and the land is sparcely populated. He won't have to worry about the legality of weed. You think if CA had no Income Tax he'd leave the greatest state in the union for a state that tries its hardest to say the same? You pay income tax in the state in which you perform your work and where your employer pays you. His $100 million dollar deal is with Spotify. So, if Spotify operates out of Texas, he would get out of the income tax. If Spotify is sending him checks from any other state, its subject to whatever taxes are there.
