Playing games in 120hz/fps on a TV is an absolute blast

Recommended Posts

Been playing Cold War and Warzone on the seX with 120hz it's insane how much of a difference it makes. Got my CX OLED a little ago and I'm at least twice as good now in response and reaction time.

LOL, you don't anything about the LG OLED display, do you?

And you don't know anything about 10-bit RGB, either.

Sure I do.  I know it's not 12bit 4:4:4 like you were bragging about :hest:

And Jerry.... I know you got a new TV and a new computer... but you don't know more than me.  And that's a fact :tom5:

LG OLED displays are 10-bit

You clearly don't know, or else you wouldn't have typed that.

He just lost that argument. That was quick.

Really?

Where did I talk about 12 bit?

Point it out, and you win the argument.

You spoke about HDMI 2.1 being so great because of 12bit 4:4:4.. which you were gloating about because your TV had the "full 48GB/s" of HDMI 2.1

Your TV converts the signal regardless:rofl:

 No I didn't

Point out where I said "12-bit"

ANYWHERE.

I'll wait.

Find a post where I said that.

You'll now permanently stuck on this talking point. You're not getting out of this. (Because you know you just messed up).

aaaaaaaaaaaaaand he just admitted that he lost.

Sweetie, Dolby Atmos lossless uncompressed audio requires upwards of 18Gbps through eARC.

4K w/HDR @ 120Hz at 4:4:4 chroma requires 40Gbps.

And it doesn't require 48Gbps... like you were bragging about your TV supporting :mj:

And you STILL don't know how to get your audio to not lag... lmao... I'll let you keep looking for answers though :hest:

Uncompressed lossless Dolby Atmos does.

And yes, I already mentioned the answer for how to get around the audio lag, look at the final post I directed to Carlos.

Use the HDMI integrated graphics port on the motherboard and connect that directly to the Denon receiver. Which is the same as that reddit thread I was referring to.

Oh my god, you lost this one badly.:lawl::lawl::lawl:

OMFG... you're using TWO HDMI cables... there goes your 48Gbps bandwidth requirement :omglol:

And do you even know WHY the integrated gfx port on your motherboard works without lag? :hest:

All you had to do was uninstall Nvidia's audio driver and install Microsoft's own audio driver.  :tom:

I've been doing this a lot longer than you have though :romantears:

That's the best he could do.:drake:Oh my god.

Oh man.my dreams of using ONE HDMI CABLE have been absolutely ruined.

As evidenced by the fact that I bought a four-pack of Monoprice HDMI 2.1 cables back in the summer.
