YES a GTX 1080 can do 4K ultra with 60fps... and NO.. .the X1X doesn't match the PCs ultra settings. It comes close.. but uses dynamic optimization which falls a bit short in instances.. Set the PC to dynamic optimization to Ultra (essentially the same as X1X) and you'll get a locked 60fps on a 1080. The 1080 shits on the X1X man and the 1080's about to be old news
