And this is from a gaming forum, in the real world the numbers are even more skewed, as Playstation is the default HD solution for JRPGs, and Switch is the default portable/hybrid solution.

In reality those percentages are even worse since the PS4, and soon Switch have massive userbase advantages.

While what you said isn't wrong imo.. Playstation definitely IS the home of JRPGs... it's a very notably Playstation fanboy forum..  These results aren't surprising coming from there.

The sales have gotten better on consoles than what they have been in the past, close to what you can find on PC but it's still lagging behind.

It's whatever to begin with.  Expecting to be this big delta is just him looking for shit to hate on.  The fact is that you're not going to be seeing the best deals on everything at the same time all the time.  Publishers and Developers will alternate sales across platforms.. It's stupid to expect sales to be the same across all platforms.  There's so many variables which contribute to when a publisher decides to put a game on sale, and by how much...  Jon after a week or two of owning a new PC isn't going to have any realistic grasp on how sales patterning works on PC vs console...

Consoles have definitely gotten better than before, as you said.  Because consoles were relatively new to this shit.  Digital has grown rapidly on consoles, so developers are leveraging that better.  I don't think anyone's been touting how PC games are much cheaper or on sale all the time anymore like in the past.  It's a well known fact that Steams sales aren't what they used to be... that's true imo.  However, using various sites, searching around for good deals from reputable sellers... you can almost always find a better price than Steam.

I got Dragon Quest 11 on GreenmansGaming and it was $15 less than Steam..  You just have to look around a bit.

It teased you enough to admit defeat that the standard PS5 controller will be split. :laff:

I'm admitting the possibility is higher than before because it's too much of a coincidence to not be related.

You're here talking about it as a PS4 accessory for VR and couldn't even see what kind of fucking buttons it had.. DURR yea they are releasing a PS4 controller just before the console is about to be replaced... :grimaceleft:

There is absolutely no way a PS5 split controller will not have a grip in the middle, this split shit would piss of a lot of people, if you can't hold it like a fucking normal controller. Split is not for everyone.

This isn't a fucking announcement Aza....  Jesus christ...  It's POSSIBLY a TEASE due to that fact that it's split...  It's not showing the ACTUAL fucking controller.

God damn.. you can't even understand this shit properly :hest:

Great catch I can't believe this teaser is so under the radar on sites. Guess we wait for the real show.

It's not going to be announced at TGS... and we wont see anything at PSX man..   This will be one of those things, probably at E3 next year when Sony unveils the PS5 where they'll show the controller and say "Look... we teased this all those months ago and nobody caught onto it..."
