The game has stipling artifacts not present in any other version of the game. It's safe to say it is using reconstruction.

It highly probable but even DF didn't want to commit 100% to it because they couldn't confirm it.

Honestly, who gives a shit?  It's a PS4/xbone game running on a handheld 1/20th of those systems' size.
