I hope it's true, but I've bought items on ebay from sellers with good reputations and then ebay cancels the whole thing because it turns out it was a hacked account. And the last time it happened was a ryzen 7 I bought the 1700 for $150 new on reddit. totally worth it. This one I can even get it to 4.2 max.
