lynux3 2,107
Friction material came right off the disc and parts of it melted itself right onto the pressure plate. Towed her myself though; the car barely made it up the ramps. It was smoking more than a BBQ pit.

If I saw it pass by on the road for like a few seconds, I would think nothing of it. Its actually when the car is still, and I just keep staring at it more and more, the uglier it gets. I thought 93's had more bolder straight lines. This almost looks like an 89 Mustang.

jehurey 3,241
My brother had a white 91 Mustang GT in white with those 80's looking brake light decals that Kanye obvious based his glasses off of. My other brother had a 93 5.0 in a darker maroon color and it was a hatchback, I believe. I guess that's the Foxbody. It looked quite nice. And I liked that it did not have an exaggerated tail like most Mustangs did at the time. It had a very small lip at the back, and it made the car look low-key. I think he had some larger than usual wheels on it, but nothing ridiculously oversized.

Everyone would steal LX tail lights back in the day and put them on their GTs cause they were that bad. The Foxbody mustangs were the body style from 79-93, so they were around for a while. There were hatchbacks (my car), coupes (had a trunk) and convertibles (ugly as fuck). Here's what the rear looks like on my Mustang vs. an LX/GT. The 93 Cobra's all came with a variant of the SVO's tail lights, slimmer rear valance, four pedestal design spoiler. GT LX
MalaXmaS 648
My Puertorican neighbor had a 2005 GT, and then got rid of it, for a 90s GT as a project car. Car was mad loud, but in the end he got rid of it for a chopper. Never been a fan of the stangs till the 2015 overhaul, but fuck paying $50 grand for it.

Couldn't give two shits about regular or GT stangs.

I have the 03 Cobra for more fun. 315s in rear, ported blower making 465 and 450 at the wheels. Edited May 14, 2020 by lynux3
jehurey 3,241
I wonder what a good 90's car would be worth the money to own as your "fun, mess around" car. It'd have to be something that is not going to be having a whole bunch of small shit breaking on you.
