I’ll try to work that this time tho. supposedly if your television is 55 inches or bigger, that qualifies it for a Geek Squad home visit for them to determine if its a warranty repair or replacement refund. And that is where they have the option of taking the tv with them, or you can dispose of the tv. this television is a fucking pain, actually. you'll definitely damage the screen if you pick and grab the tv by applying pressure to the front screen. I called ahead and they told me to bring it in. Once I brought it in & they gave me shit, there was a 0% chance I was taking it home without a full refund so I told them to kick rocks and send it for repair... for that exact reason. The Anxiety of transporting it is not worth it, they will def be coming to my Home this time around. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
