Forza Horizon 5 has some serious pop in issues

The draw in is pretty expected. This scale and this amount of detail drawing in as quickly as it is is no small feat.

They really should go the other route. Less draw distance and no pop ins. Pop in sucks and totally kills immersion

Honestly when you're playing the game I doubt it'll be something you even notice, it seems to be decently far off into the distance. I'd rather have the greater draw distance because it really conveys the scale.

Idk if you watched the video but you have trees popping up 5 ft in front of you lol

i saw a tree that didn't get sunshine lighting up part of the palm leaves until it was much close to the car, and then sunlight fades onto the leaves. I thought that was pretty noticeable.

Also, in the videos that they show for promotional stuff, and Playground games sitting down and playing the game, if they were showing nothing but 60fps content, then were they running performance mode or quality mode?

Or...........were they running the PC version, in quality mode, but able to achieve 60fps to give people the illusion that you can play this on your Xbox at 60fps and not see pop-in?

Idk, it was still noticeable in quality mode for me tbh.
