And Gamepass subs are growing. they're clearly not growing if xbox content and services is down. its the highest fiscal year sales..........because hardware just launched, and there was some short supply that helped maintain demand through the entirety of 2021 into 2022. that's almost certainly over now that we are seeing Xbox Series X on store shelves, all over. And I bet the Gamepass numbers would've gotten worse the further out we got from that Starfield delay announcement. Expect Xbox Contant and Services numbers to keep going down the next quarter, and the next quarter. No wonder they did another $1 for 3 month promo, again. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I think they were expecting to be down even further than they ended up though, so it could have been worse. Still apparently stock/production issues I don't care what anyone says though... they've done literally fuck all this year to earn any sales... so the fact that it's not worse than it is, is surprising to me. So the fact that it's down overall doesn't mean GP isn't growing. its almost certainly stagnating from the time they had announced they had hit 25 million subs. after that they announced the Starfield delay and early this July, they had $1 promos, seemingly available for everybody, both new and lapsed subscriptions. there's alot of people who charged up 36 months of xbox live gold, so that they could do the $1 conversion trick.............that STARTED around late 2019.
