Alex is a hugely notable person in the Resident Evil community.  He's worked with Capcom before, he's written a book about RE, and basically has tons of actual sources within Capcom.  If he's 👀'ing the LRG showcase.. it's very likely there's an RE Classic Collection announcement there.

Well, I was hoping it would be a Classic Trilogy Collection/Remaster available for Steam and all modern platforms.. but this is good too.  I'm definitely going to buy and support these because I've been asking them to do this for a long time now.  I'll also buy them on Steam when they eventually do a trilogy release there as well.
