  1. I'm gonna try my hardest. But chances are Demon's Souls if anything will get me. It looks so fucking good.
  2. Me too. Sounds like Sony has this one locked up to for at least a year though So that means it should only be about 7-8 more years until I can enjoy it
  3. Yep, was just gonna post this. The deal went through. Nvidia to buy Arm Holdings from SoftBank for $40 billion (cnbc.com) Absolute MEGATON. Letter from Jensen to Nvidia employees Letter From Jensen: Creating a Premier Company for the Age of AI | NVIDIA Blog
  4. Let the man dream Remy. That said... tech like DLSS and their other AI based stuff could help any Nintendo console punch above it's weight. If Nvidia pushes ARM outside of the data center and develops a custom APU for a future Nintendo console, Nintendo is already set up to take advantage of it. A dedicated ARM cpu for console COULD potentially be more efficient and faster than x86 console CPUs.. so it could be closer than you think power-wise. Anyway, that's still a long way out. Probably wouldn't hit the next Switch as that console's undoubtedly deep i
  5. Yea all the major PSU manufacturers will be doing this. EVGA will have a braided cable with cable combs by launch 6:30 in the vid
  6. It's not taking advantage of any of the unique features of the Turing/Ampere architectures. SotTR DX11/DX12, not DX12U. No mesh shading, no VRS, no Sampler Feedback... it's based on an old shader model, not taking advantage of the higher tiers feature sets of DX12U 12_1 or 12_2. There's LOTS of performance being left on the table. Games aren't being released yet which are taking full advantage of Turing/Ampere..
  7. That's a fraction of the userbase of a 2 year old 6/10 game... compared to Naughty Dog's 10/10 magnum opus dropping off the charts within 3 months... keep comparing them
  8. This game is looking better and better every time.
  9. Yea, if anything this helps the Sheep. Nintendo and Nvidia were both lucky. Nvidia was lucky Nintendo had a product for their Tegra chips which weren't selling at all, and Nintendo was lucky they got a great deal on those chips and built a good relationship with Nvidia which looks to be in an even stronger position now to support future Nintendo hardware. Nintendo was Nvidia's foothold on the console market and is a big reason why Nvidia's gaming revenue was higher than previous years. This move gives Nvidia so much potential in the data center.. it's quite clear they are lookin
  10. WOW. It's actually happening. This is a MASSIVE shakeup for the entire tech industry. Obviously there are going to be regulations they will need to follow, but this puts Nvidia on equal footing with AMD and Intel. I would imagine both AMD and Intel will be quite concerned with this announcement. Nvidia Close To Buying ARM for $40 Billion: Report | Tom's Hardware (tomshardware.com) SoftBank Nears $40 Billion Deal to Sell Arm Holdings to Nvidia - WSJ Nvidia CPU and APUs incoming. Maybe Nvidia console APUs in the future
  11. You basically HAVE to get them within the first wave or two, before retailers start marking everything up. This launch is going to be crazy. There's too much hype right now for these cards.
  12. There's been rumors of that for a bit now. That Big Navi will only compete with the 3070. I guess we'll see soon enough. Nvidia probably knows exactly what they are dealing with.. and there's rumors that AMD has adjusted the price due to the 30-series announcement. Also, lmao people like Lynux3 and DynamiteCop who though AMD "actually jebaited" Nvidia with the 5000 series. Glad Steve pointed that out
  13. Not gonna lie that's a sexy case You got good taste breh
