It's ballpark. Until an official teardown is done we won't be able to get close enough to know. Though we'll never know the supplier deals Sony has it's the best guess custom or not. Wafers and other materials still have costs despite a piece of silicon being custom.

Logistics aside, BOM is the most important factor for any pricing scheme. We don't really know the BOM until there's a teardown.

With PS5 estimated to be roughly $450 you don't feel Sony is comfortable taking $50 loss per unit?

How do you figure it'll be cheaper or as cheap? BOM, Microsoft incurring a major loss or wishful thinking?
