And now he's trying to "lecture" us about how we should talk about games.  Even though we have a Zelda thread in which we talk about how the next game should be designed, and many people are throwing around thoughts and ideas. Yesterday we were discussing the Pokemon game (singular) about how it plays.

Nintendo doing well. Targeted games for the holiday instead of discounts and seems to be working well too.

Seriously though, thinking Pokemon and Smash weren't going to sell like bonkers on an already successful Nintendo hardware is just plain stupid.

The lemmings main strategy for trying to try and make the Xbox look good is heavily, HEAVILY rely on talking about year-over-year percentage increase.  What do you think is going to happen when those November NPDs came out, and we are now comparing monthly sales in 2018 versus monthly sales in 2017 in which the XBX has already launched?

 

That YoY percentage is gonna drop, it probably go down. They are in for a world of hurt.

Nintendo software sold great on Wiiu too even though Wiiu hardware sales bombed..... sales were discussed then too.

 

There are games threads on fhe front page as well.  You guys are free to discuss gameplay with us in those threads too.

The 360 birthed sales butthurt for sheep?  The Wii outsold both the 360 and PS3 and the PS3 ended up outselling the 360 by the end of the gen.
