I left a frozen pizza in my truck overnight

Not really.  The bacteria starts growing immediately.  It's bad enough at room temperature, but inside a vehicle? lmao...

 

Not like he's gonna die or anything though lol

I remember reading about some dude who left pasta with tomato sauce out for 5 days and then died after eating it (AFAIK he heated it up too). 1 day old pizza is not the same thing but still, if it was out in the heat for that long it could still do bad things to your insides.

Yes... the pathogens very much can.

It was also in sealed plastic which is gas flushed. I doubt anything grew on it in a day.
