jehurey 3,230 Posted March 23, 2021 Share Posted March 23, 2021 So, Sony only really needs to setup a server at whatever address that the Vita goes to when checking in and getting the time, and possibly go through some basic authentication, and then there's no problem opening up the games on the system. Pretty sure they can do that. Some hackers could probably even spoof that. Or, Sony could do one last firmware update which changes that, has is go check in somewhere else, or just disable that.
