Digital Foundry and Gamer Nexus Team Up to Test New PS5 (Austin Evans and TLHBFR!)

We literally just had the other thread where everyone on their mama told you that you cannot use the exhaust temp as the sole means to measure shit.  You doubled and tripled down and now want to pretend that you didn't?

Take that your argument with yourself against yourself and your own words:drake:

Which is exactly why I laid into something in the system is hotter, not sure what but something in the system is running hotter to account for those exhaust temperatures. Exhaust temperatures won't tell you what is hotter but in virtually every case it's indicative of a higher thermal load.

And there is a higher thermal load on the SOC, the area which needs the largest portion of the heat sink and therefore makes up the greatest portion of temperature increase or decrease in the system.

Stop talking, you're a dumbass.

DynaFlop…

The Austin Evans was wrong? I guess I'm not so lame for not knowing who he was.

So in the end, the new PS5 is still warmer, and notice it is not running any technically demanding games yet.   TCHBFR

You arrived to this conclusion looooong after all of us and now you're trying to tell me how it works? :drake:

Stop trying to Jumble what I'm saying. This is you being a twat as usual and mixing up what people say to confuse the conversation.

Hot exhaust temperature's do not tell you what is hot, I never argued that they do. Merely that something is causing the system overall to run hotter and as a result there are hotter exhaust temperatures. We now know that hotter exhaust is a result of a hotter running SOC.

Ya dig? Retard.

I guess when you have no games, no reason to own your console over any other, not a single thing you can argue in favour of your console for, you just gotta throw as much shit at the wall as you can and see what sticks.

That’s why lemmings are so quick to jump on any crackpot news, rumour or theory and why they double down on their stupidity. At this point what other options do they have?

Yeah we're done here, you have no argument. Welcome to the ignore train which now includes only Jerry and yourself. You guys are the worst posters on this forum, you're both reprehensible garbage.

What is there to argue about dumbass?  You're agreeing with us looooooooong after we already said those same things that you are now understanding.

Look at how mad you're getting because you got called out for pretending that you weren't arguing that measuring the exhaust temp was a valid method of determining the internal temp in the previous thread.

If you don't want to get called out for saying stupid shit, stop saying stupid shit.  :umad:

It takes a special person to hold this level of delusion. I bet you believe the earth is flat too and that 5G cell towers cause COVID.

Hmmm, the new PS5 has hotter exhaust temps and the SoC is confirmed as running hotter.

Yep, sounds like delusion. Shut the fuck up.

Your inability to process all the available information and reach a logical conclusion is your delusion.

I really don’t think you understand what your talking about with this. It’s pretty evident in you sticking to the line of AIR IS HOT SO CONSOLE BAD.

You're not even making an argument so let's start there. Secondly nobody said the console is bad as a result, however thermally it's inferior which has been the whole point since square one.

Idiots...

“There's a new model of the PlayStation 5 in production, but reports say the revised model doesn't have better performance than the launch version.

According to Digital Foundry, who has had a chance to test the machine, the new CFI-1100 model has no meaningful differences with the CFI-1000, which was the launch edition.

Sony made some changes to the cooling system in the new PS5, which had some people concerned that the new system might overheat. But in Digital Foundry's tests, the new system leads to cooler temperatures in some cases, and hotter in others, but it's always only a few degrees different. And, in all of the tests running software on the two versions of the PS5, the systems performed basically identically.“

My argument is, and always has been, you don’t know what you’re talking about.

TCHBFR :tom:

SOC is warmer but VRM is cooler so and you're an idiot that lacks basic reading comprehension.

Both consoles are pretty much identical and you and the other lems that tried to suggest otherwise have been proven to be fucking retards but go ahead and laugh at your own stupidity
