This is some kind of weird joint partnership with Tencent, who seem interested in FROM developing anime projects. While Sony is reportedly getting "finished products" (i.e. games). The holding company Kodokawa still owns the biggest share of FROM with 30%, but it seems today's announcement will give Sony a lot of say in FROM's direction going forward. Even if that was the case, which I doubt, Kadokawa Games would still have double their shares combined and then some. The final word pretty much goes through them. On a side note though, Kadokawa Games has published Playstation exclusives in the past so they might not be against the idea.
