yeah, but there were a lot of development hiccups. i'm glad it all worked out.

PG making a bad Bayonetta would be the end of them when you think about it.

Since Wii, GC had some amazing visuals for its time and N64 was more powerful than PS1. Remember playing REmake for the first time? :lupe:

lmao traveling back 20 years to prove Nintonto hardware doesn't suck for new games :tom:

But I remember, you always have to remember with Nintendon't :wow2:

Really goes to show that Platinum still has it in them to do high quality.

So, when they make shitty games, its because they were clearly cutting corners, or rushing it.

Do you think Sega would've kept on funding Platinum Games and allowed a Bayo game to take over 4 years? Hello no, they would made them release the game no matter what condition it was in.

People often forget, that first Bayonetta game re-uses ALOT of levels.

Nah man Bayo 1 was a huge game. It never felt like they were cutting corners. I don't think SEGA back then would have been interested in a sequel much, Bayo 1 was kind of a flop, got talked a lot and praised a lot but didn't reflect in sales. But let's not forget the other SEGA ventures, Mad World, Vanquish, Anarchy Reigns all underperformed.

But now? Oh yeah, I think SEGA in 2022 would totally invest in a new Bayo game. Especially after the late PC ports of Bayo 1 and Vanquish on STEAM that sold well.
