Nope, he went through higher settings and in another video didn't mention settings at all. He mentioned the specific actions the game engine takes to avoid stuttering in general.

He passed through it and praised it again. In the next video he didn't mention settings, just engine features which prevent stuttering.

Want to discuss the actual shitty ones which Alex was discussing about? I actually went through his year of reviews and see what he's talking about:

 

1. Callisto Protocol.  Bad port on PC. (Fixed now)

2. Dead Space Remake. Bad port on PC. (Fixed now)

3. Spider-Man (patch1, before MM update). Meh port. (Fixed now, as stated by Alex)

4. Uncharted. Meh port. Not sure if fixed.

5. Elden Ring. Bad port on PC. (Fixed now).

6. Forspoken. Bad on most systems actually, not sure if PC is "worst".

 

That's around 2 games still bad ports out of 100s this gen. 6 out of 100s if you're stuck on release day for some reason (aka fake). I think I'll keep my 90% figure.   

 

 

P.S. He reviews on a 2070 for some reason, wtf?

He goes through no setting in the second video. SM/MM don't have natural stuttering, you're trolling and they are great ports as stated twice by your own source in 2 seperate articles.
