It’s starting to go down a bit, with houses sitting on the market for a lot longer. A lot of people hopped on the air bnb boom. The market got too saturated. Now these investors want to sell, since their ROI either sucks, or they are losing money. High interest rates and insurance premiums aren’t helping either. Now, this is a South Florida issue.
