It's not a port of those games. It's a brand new version on Switch that is similar to the Xbox and PS4 versions.

They literally said it’s switching to frostbite. 
 

the PS4 and Xbox versions have been on frostbite for years.

because they’re not making a new game. It’s easier to port the ps4 version than to remove the fifa branding from the switch version.
