-GD-X★ 7,873
it seems like a lot of peeps have grown to like the new control scheme.
-GD-X★ 7,873
would the game have been better with a regular control scheme? moving within a 3D environment with a d pad will never be as precise as using a analog stick, but i got used it and don't mind the current set up at all.ugh see that pisses me off. I'm so tired of this motion nonsense. The new zelda looks stupid too with it's wiimote combat. ummm...he never mentioned motion controls.

Moving in a 3d space with a D-pad is just beyond dumb.
Rusty Shackleford 7
lol I don't feel like playing anymore fable 2, it's going in my "pile-o-games to trade in"

Guest C.M.
I'd still like to play it. But I'm just sick of Wii games being gimped for wiimote gimmicks. If Metroid controlled as well as Ninja Gaiden, it probably would've been an "AAA title".

I can honestly say an analog stick would add almost nothing. They coded it wonderfully where you literally do go where you want to go 99% of the time. It's so well polished at least a 9.0 game to me its a 9.5 it's literally feels like super metroid came back in 3D and was like whats up.

There's no control issue play it i promise you you will not be frustrated with ugh i can't make that jump because of the controls.

Guest C.M.
I guess I'd have to try it. I'm biased anyways. I don't own a Wii and Nintendo royally pissed me off this gen lol.

-SK4- 5
Metroid is easily the most innovative game this year, feels so fresh and new. It's truly a unique game, one of the best this year easily.
