I doubt PS4 and One will have RT. That's something to save for next-gen imo. It required a vega56 to get the demo running at 1080p 30fps.

An announcement of an announcement is not nuts. But I can't see either MS or Sony doing a reveal without an early pre announcement. Basically I expect it to be a nother burger.

An outsourced Midway console only Doom is canon, while the PC exclusive game from ID is ignored. That shows just how bad of a mistep Doom 3 was.

I'd argue Demon Souls has influenced way more game than RE4 or Gears that gen.

I personally don't think it will be a project of any of the big three. I expect a third party publisher that is looking to work Japanese studio like Epic did with The Last Guardian team. He had a deal with THQ before, I can see them working with him.

At least it will have tits and won't look like a bad Saturday morning cartoon.
