Yeah, I just go play $3/$6 limit hold'em during that time because people are crazy and usually playing for the high hand more than playing poker. You can get some crazy beats. I actually hate limit hold'em for that exact reason.

Yeah, it's perfect to just get good and practice your skills. If you win the annual tournament, I think they pay for you to go to the WSOP and pay your entry for a smaller bracelet event. I should also say the $400 is every 20 minutes from 12pm-12am like 3 days a week. They also have jackpots for hands 4 of a kind or better. Those jackpots aren't in play though when the high hand is going on.

Yeah, I play in this fun state league. They just set up in bars and places around the area. No money buy-ins but some good players. You still win a little cash if you get top 2. A lot of older people so they’ve been playing for a while so some good competition. I actually placed 3rd at the state quarterly tournament last November. Other than that the casinos offer some good cash games but haven’t gone in a while. What do you play? NLTH? I've never liked online poker play. Real life poker is so much better. It's one of my hobbies and my dream to one day go spend a summer in Vegas and play in some WSOP events as well as the $10k main event.
