But there are these cringe weeaboos, and they represent a good portion of people who turn out for anime events. That anime club at university? People who can't make it in their school, work or social circles find solace in the idealistic fantasy world that the Japanese directors create. Have you ever noticed how every young character falls in the perfect body category? It's no wonder people who watch it find the real world disgusting. I've seen that face, in your avatar a million times (those proportions). THE exact reason I stopped watching agnime. Plus all the voice actors mimic the same fucking voices. Seriously what a stupid art lol. I can't learn from it, and I can't stand to look at it. The plot drives itself 120 mph in the first 4 episodes into something ridiculous. The good guy always wins. Everytime they make the exact same expression or sound it puts me away, so I cant make it through more than 2 episodes if I ever try to watch it. There wasn't. That's when I realized they were all gay Naruto nerds and never went again. They even set up a ring in the middle where they were larping and fighting with some foam swords. I feel so out of place at those places. I've been taken to a card shop a few times to try to get into the whole magic the gathering thing. And although playing the game isn't terrible itself, you are completely right about the smell lmao. I remember seeing this fat guy with some dirty shorts there. You know, the kind you wear around the house. You get ketchup, grease, dirt, shit, whatever on them but who cares you're at home.
