This is a real struggle rn. I saw a video on Snapchat of a guy curling his leg. Suprsingly effective. I’ll check this out. 
 

I passed up a free bow flex machine 3 months ago. Fuck me 

 

it’s been one week I’ve already lost 6lbs. All the gains. goooooone

i mainly do bodyweight training, and i can say his routine is excellent. it's actually not far off from what i do (i would add trx face pulls and y raises). however, it's still an excellent workout.

Tbh I’ve probably needed 1 week rest. It’s been about 15 years lol

It wasn't food initially that made me fat. I always had an athletic stature but shit happened and i drank alc which made me fat, not food. anyways im drinking and making burgers rn :glad:

It's motherfucking bulking season with the world shut down. I'm stacking up on almond butter, oats, meat, avocado's, whole milk ect.

 

I want to hit about 250 by the time this shit is done and then I'll cut with some ostarine for my all time peak build.

 

Gym is closed downstairs at my condo.

 

Luckily I have 2 45 lbs dumbells, and 25's. Along with some body weight training that's all I'll need. I'm bummed about no martial arts so for the first time ever I'm going to prioritize my build first.

When I get back to real training I'm going pick some chink sparring partners and fucking lay into them for their country causing me all this bullshit:ooh:

Interesting. I’ve only tried dead hangs a few times before, but all of those times I’ve noticed that I can actually hang for a while before having to release. I think my strength in those areas is pretty good, it’s just a matter of building the mass to go along with it. 
 

I’ll have to wait until the gym i frequent opens up again though. I try to avoid using my doorway pull up bar when I can because I can’t stand it.
