No. there are no upcoming Xbox Series X games that have been exclusively developed fully to the hardware.

 

Its obvious from seeing Halo Infinite..............and there's no other first-party developed games in which you've seen actual gameplay running on Xbox Series X for us to determine that its fully developed for the hardware.
