Holy shit some of those issues are inexcusable.  They really didn't optimize this at all for PC.  Although to be fair they have already posted an update thread in which they say they are working on and acknowledge these issues.

Yes... still the definitive version.  That's obviously a bug that needs fixing.

 

But LMAO this port is garbage. Make Sony look terrible... especially considering Death Stranding just came out on the same engine, runs beautifully and supports advanced features
