Only you can really decide that.  Is there any pressing need for you to have more GPU power for the moment?

But even then, you have a great GPU already.  If you're not in a rush, then I'd hold off.  It would probably be a good idea to see what AMD has coming.  Even if you're dead set on Nvidia... AMD could disrupt the game with some competitive GPUs and it could lower prices.

I think 2070 Supers will be at like $250 on used market soon. 2080 / 2080 Supers $300-350.   2080 Ti $400 used value at best,   with RTX 3070 being 1x faster than it, at $499.
