Guliani never thought she could have been 15. The actress is playing the role of professional reporter ffs, please tell me how an underage girl would have a job like that? Cohen used his shitty running joke about her being 15 to mislead people with no knowledge of the movie into thinking this was a malicious attempt by Guliani to seduce a underage girl. That’s not only completely immoral but it should have been illegal. 
 

Outside of that, this is just an old guy thinking he has a chance to get it on (consensually) with a attractive young girl. That’s it. It happens all the time with people in his position, this time it just happened to be caught on camera. It’s embarrassing but this is a pretty irrelevant story overall.

No doubt. It’s not a good look, though. However, legally, he didn’t do anything wrong. It was a clever marketing stunt exploiting pervy Guliani’s Weinstein vibes.
