Xbox is going to be a cloud service once Microsoft realizes that their hardware business is a complete failure. I mean, they will officially recognize that their dedicated hardware console business is a failure when they do announce Xbox HDMI plug-in streaming sticks this upcoming E3. I bet Horizon 2 is possible on both platforms because they already have assets from Horizon 1. They can do parallel development. Higher quality foliage, more polygons for terrain, higher quality character models. But on the PS4 version, they re-use the foliage assets from the first game, same character model for the main character from the first game. New enemies probably get their polygonal designs cut down, the new animations transfer over. The draw distance will get cut. First of all, Horizon 2 must've started development around the middle of 2017. The first game was released in Feb 2017, so it was probably finished main development at the end of 2016. I was convinced that Horizon 2 was going to be among the very last PS4 games in either late 2019 or 2020. It was probably close to finish for PS4 when Sony told them to transfer it over to PS5.
